Noodles Shake Bandung


Ingredients:
1 ounce flat noodles
1 leek
cow leg bones
1 piece walnut
1 clove garlic
small shrimp to taste, stir-fry with 2 tablespoons broth
1 / 4 tsp pepper powder
1 / 4 tsp soy sauce
1 / 4 tsp vinegar
1 / 2 teaspoon celery that has been sliced
1 / 4 teaspoon flavoring
1 / 2 tsp fried onions
1 / 2 tsp tongcai
1 / 4 tsp fine salt / to taste
1 / 2 ounces bean sprouts
10 pieces of beef which was tender, diced 1cm size
5 pieces of leather that has been fried crackers
1 teaspoon chili sauce



Cooking Method:
Boiled beef leg bones (and spices) into a broth for soup.
Boil noodles until cooked
Serve with gravy and existing materials.
