Karedok


 

Ingredients:
•    Cabbage, 250 grams, washed, thinly sliced
•    Cucumber, 1 fruit, peeled, thinly sliced
•    Bean sprouts green beans, 50 grams, siangi
•    Long beans, 100 grams, cut into 2 cm
•    Eggplant round, 2 pieces, sliced thin
•    Basil leaves, 2 stalks
•    Lime water from an orange

Topping:
•    Fried Onions to taste
•    Aci Crackers taste

Spices:
•    Peanut, 100 grams, fried
•    Garlic, 2 cloves
•    Red pepper, 2 pieces
•    Kencur, 1 cm
•    Brown sugar, 1 / 2 tablespoon
•    Salt to taste
•    Paste 1 / 4 tsp, grilled

How to cook Karedok:

  1. Sauces, mixed spices and lemon water Until blended. If Necessary add a little water, for vegetable, especially cucumbers contain a lot of water.
  2. Mix all ingredients (vegetables) with peanut sauce and stir well.
  3. Arrange in a serving dish mix vegetables with peanut sauce to taste. Serve with a sprinkling of fried Onions and crackers aci.
